Biography
Holerica was formed in 2003 and has since then gone through a lot of member changes but has now found a lasting lineup consting of Emelie & Andreas on vocals, Mikael & Henrik on guitars, Zebastian on bass, Jonatan on keyboard and Mats on drums.

When we first started we knew that we wanted to be a metal band with female vocals and that we wanted to create a unique sound. As new members joined the group, with their influences and styles, we have found what we were looking for back then. Holerica is about musical contrasts, we’re a hard metal band but we like the mix of soft strings and piano and the softness in Emelie’s voice mixed with Andreas’ harder and more brutal vocals. With lots of different influences like Avanged Sevenfold, Slipknot, Evanescense, Dark Tranquillity, In Flames and Nightwish we have created our own sound. We have a lot of great songs, an exciting live performance and we’re ready to rock the metalscene worldwide!
